Group Classes

Group Classes

Open to all ages & fitness levels and run Monday to Saturday in various parks across Glasgow with the emphasis on high intensity & fun, each workout will involve a variety of cardio, circuit training & strength work.

You will work on your own, with a partner and as part of a team, there will be a different work out each day ensuring you always work at your maximum level, get the best results possible and of course never get bored!

Its also a great way to meet new friends!

Classes can either be booked & paid for on line or drop in.
